FALLACIOUS FALSE BOGUS FRAUDULENT DISHONEST online merchant.

I placed an order online 12/16/10 and paid for 2 day shipping. I have not received the products. I have called the customer service line numerous times only to be met with a continuous loop of instructions.

I paid $245 online on 12/16/10 and on 12/17/10 they charged me $276.88. That was an unauthorized charge.

The customer service message repeats for a few minutes and then you are met with an answering machine requesting that you leave your name and number.

The company is not who they claim to be. They advertise 5 star service and there is no service.

Please do NOTwaste your time or money with this company.
