Electron Resort Do NOT order anything from Electron Resort - total SCAM Dudley North Carolina

I ordered a hard to find/out of stock Xmain board for my Samsung TV on October 21, 2016 that Electron Resort showed an inventory of (1).  My account was charged immediately.  The site looked legitimate when I viewed my Order Information and Status sections of their website.  The Order status never changed to shipped, to this day it still says "processing" and once again Electron Resort has already charged my account, the board is paid for.  I have called, I have emailed, I have text "call/text 919-584-5110"  this is directly from their site.  I have had NO success, ZERO response from Electron Resort as to the status of my order to this day November 30, 2016.  I would conclude, from my personal experience, that this is a fraudulent set up and a complete internet scam.  I doubt the validity of the existence of this company based on the fact that it is operated soley from a PO Box.  I checked the BBB in their area, the internet and the Yellow Pages, there in no physical address for this company to be found.  The voicemail message, which I have heard many, many, many times, sounds like a kid, his verbage is not what I consider condusive to a professionally operated business entity.  I have since ordered my replacement board from Shop Jimmy online and recieved my board in 2 business days.  The board was professionally packaged, NEW, and worked flawlessly when put in my TV and updated the firmware.  I have nothing but great things to say about Shop Jimmy and would recommend them to anyone reading this looking for a viable and legitimate site for TV parts.  If there is any reply, denial rubuttal of my report here it is a total lie and false.  I have seen other reports here on Electron Resort and it seems to be their MO (mode of operation) to deny, rebute, and falsify any claim here against them.  I will remove this claim from Ripoffreport if there is any attempt by Electron Resort to rectify my situation, which would be refunding my money for a part I never recieved.
