Well let me start with this: It has been exactly one year that I have been waiting to get my refund and nothing I'm still waiting, they always feed me the same ------- and I'm really tired of it. It started with getting a phone call from a sales rep. from elite healthcare about a special promotion and i really needed to take advantage of this special offer so I told them I would talk to my husband first and they told me they wouldn't charge anything to my card, but I really needed to lock in that price, so of course when you really need something like what they are offering you become vulnurable and you want to believe its true, my husband had just lost his job and along with it health insurance, but my husband told me to wait till he found a job cause he wasn't sure we could afford it so I called back and he said ok maybe some other time if I needed coverage I knew who to call, but since they had my info the next day I saw the charge on my bank account, ever since june of 2009 I've been calling to get my refund, I did the whole request on paper just like they asked but still nothing, so it's been a year almost and today I called again and the same thing they say its still processing and it should be shortly, if there is something that can be done about this please let me know, because even if I didn't need the money I still am not gonna let them keep my money it was exactly $194.95 and they stole my money if someone steals money they should go to jail,they can't get away with it just because they have a bussiness name behind their scams please help
