Elite Healthcare Beware when cancel!!! It will take up to 90 days to get your refund! Tempe Arizona

I was shopping around for a better health insurance and I got a telemarketing call on Elite Healthcare. Everything sounded great and I was told to try it out and if I like it (like most of their customers) I can cancel my current health insurance with my husband's employer. (Good thing I didn't) It ended up to be an insurance DISCOUNT plan through a company name Careington International Corporation @ 7400 Gaylord Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034. I read the cancellation conditions included and followed the instructions. I sent them a cancellation letter and request for a refund. Sent it certified mail with a request for a return receipt, which I received back. They received the letter on October 22. I called them on November 7, and was told they are back logged because they just fired the lady that was processing the refunds. Now they have a new person and she is requesting not to be interrupted at any cause so she can process all the refunds. I was told it will take her about 10 to 90 days. I called again on November 17th and I was told that all refunds will be processed in the order it was received and it can take anywhere from 10 to 90 days!!! So for those who are thinking of trying this company out....beware! You may not get your refund for 3 months! Hopefully! I still have over 2 to wait to find out if I'm really going to get a refund back!
