On checking my credit card statement i found a charge for 10.33p from a company called emusic.com,i had never heard of this company before,so i contacted my card supplier.They told me that i must have an account with this company which i replied i have never even heard of them, i asked my card company to check previouse statments and they have told me this company have been gharging me from last july.I was advised to contact emusic.com to cancel the fraudulant account, this is easier said than done,my emails dont get recieved and when you call them you get an answer machine and noboady calls you back.If anyone out there can offer any help i would be gratefull, i dont know what to do next.
