When I called to cancel my membership, they said that if I canceled it prematurely, it would end up on my credit report.

In order to keep that from happening,they would offer me a settlement. In other words, in order to cancel I had to pay. They kept sending me threatening letters after threatening letters stating that if I did not come up with the money they would put it on my credit report. When I tried calling, they put me through the ring around.

I was not getting anywhere with those people. They also claim that they made numerous attempts contacting me by phone, which was not true at all. They really need to be put out of business. The sad part of it is that you had to pay 89.00 per month for a total of 36 months. I had problem after problem trying to set up the website and it just would not work.

Who wants to pay $300.00 for canceling a membership if it did not work from the get go? and they have some nerves threatening people with collection agencies and what have you. Please, put them out of business and make them refund our money.
