Epiclear, Vision Labs rip-off! Dishonest, fradulent billing! Eliot Maine

They posted my account on 9-10-04 at 8:01 am. I called at 10:25 am and asked them to cancel because I never gave them permission to take $164.90 out of my account. They told me that they will not cancel and that they will not reimburse my money because the product was already sent / even if I sent the product back unopened. They would only give me 1/2 the money back on a product that was untouched and unused.

This product did not clear up my skin and doesn't work for me. They are dishonest and a rip off. I asked them to give me a tracking number and they couldn't even do that or cancel the shipment. I called back a second time and spoke to a different person and he told me there is no phone number or email address for the Customer Quality Review Board and that I would have to put it in writing and mail it to a PO box and they will contact me. Please help me stop these people from ripping off someone else.
