Eselling Consultants Stay away. Company will not provide tracking numbers to prove order fullfillment Minneapolis Minnesota

Placed order with company on 6/16/08 via their website. Paid immediately with PayPal. Contacted company the evening of 16th inquiring about a tracking number for shipment of product.
Was told that fulfilling the order may take from 1-6 days. I replied that this is not specified on their site. Company replied back that I more or less needed to better educate myself with how online business operate, that if I did not receive the order by 6/24 then contact them. I replied that this was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund of my money. Company then imposed a 25% restocking fee if I was to return the items, and if I opened a PayPal claim against them all they had to do was provide PayPal the tracking number and it would void the claim. Other customers need to be made aware of this companies complete disrespect for customers, and their concerns. The company should not be allowed to implement unwritten polices against a customer.

Well now you understand when you purchase something in a catalog, online, or over the phone and someone tells you or you see it ships UPS Ground you will understand that means 1 to 6 business days under normal circumstances. Hopefully with all the flooding in IA it won't be longer.

We would have never told you to buy it locally if the order was time sensitive.

Be very carefull when dealing with this company. I have also filed complaints with the MN BBB, MN attorney general, FTC, and here.
