We purchased 3 New Lexmark710dn printers, 2 were shipped within three weeks the other one was on back order. When I told the company to cancel the 3rd one and refund our money they said the last one will be on it's way we recieved it one week later. This was a back up printer so we never opened the box.

When we did open the box the printer had toner smeared all over it and it was a used printer. We contacted the company and they stated it was out of the 14 day window so sorry. They refused to do anything, Granted we should have opened the box but why would you not trust a company ? Well this company coming out of New Jersery we'll refuse to do business with.

This Company just got us for $821.00

PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY
