EZ -Pass West exit 104 change machine lane closed,ezpass and exact open , didnt hav $.50 to pay toll,needed change machine,so had no choice but to drive away. Dover Delaware

While getting off of Rt 1 , Exit 104 North Dover Del. exit ,South Bound lane....I saw change maching lane was closed , ezpass and exact change lane was open , I needed change to pay toll $.50, walked over to near by state bldg for help and or change , was closed.had no choice but to run through without paying. NOW WHAT? .........Thomas , Dover Del.
