Facebook Fanpage Stolen; Facebook Does Nothing Palo Alto, California

On 2/22/11, I provided EnaHendee4633@hotmail.com with access to my Facebook fanpage located at http://facebook.com/SMObsessed by making this email an admin through the admin panel in Facebook.

Because Facebook has no precautions currently in place, such as creating a master admin that can not be removed from an admin on a fanpage, EnaHendee4633@hotmail.com removed me as an admin from my own fanpage and has taken over the page located at: http://facebook.com/SMobsessed.

I have gone through all of the proper channels with Facebook to have my page returned to me by emailing, filling out theirform, etc., only to be told Im out of luck or to receive no response at all. 

I have also contacted the person who took my page directly to ask them to please return my page to me, with no response from them.

Now, as of 5/2/11, this person who took over my page is posting about Osama bin Laden.  Due to
the recent news events, this is a very touchy topic.  Now my image and likeness being associated with a mass-murderer.

Still, Facebook will do nothing to help me.  This issue has caused me much stress and emotional distress.

I'm simply requesting for them to review their logs (which I know they keep logs of everything) and Facebook will see that the email assocated with this fanpage http://facebook.com/SMObsessed prior to 2/22/2011 when it was taken from me, has been my email address.

I simply want Facebook to return the Facebook fanpage to the email address prior to 2/22/11 and remove any admins added after 2/22/2011.
