I ordered three antenna's for my wireless router almost three weeks ago and have heard nothing! No verification email or anything. I called the number they post and a guy answered "Hello" and I asked if this was Factory Direct Deals and he said "No don't f___kin' call here again. I tried the number again in case it was a misdial and found it wasn't a misdial at all. I get an email everyday with their "24-Hour Blast item" and am now sorry I did. Don't know what's up... maybe I can call some Bro's in and near Pensacola to stop by and pay them a visit... its so cool to have friends near and far. Gonna head to my bank site now to see if there are any more surprises

I am so sorry that you were treated that way. I can't imagine who would have answered the phone that way. I am the cutomer service manager for Factory Direct Deals and I personally answer the phone. I can assure you that will never happen again.
