Farmer Seed and Nursery Division of Plantron Inc They Ripped Me Off and will not make it right Faribault, Minnesota

This Spring I ordered over $150 in trees, seeds and supplies from this company.  I ordered 20 hybrid poplars and was supposed to receive one additional tree free.  When the order arrived I only received 11 trees. I called the company and explained what had happened expecting they would take care of the mistake.  Nice try!!!! They informed me that I would have to write the company a letter and include my shipping label and they would consider sending me the replacement trees.

I told them no because they were not replacement trees they were my original order that I paid for and they never sent to me. They said they did not care and that I had to follow their policies and proceedures. I told them that is not what their policy says and they said they did not care.  I told them that they were breaking the law and that I wanted a refund for those trees.  They said I could request a refund if I sent the trees back with the original Shipping label.  I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she gave me the same run around. I then ask to speak to her supervisor and she told me they dont give those numbers out or take calls.  These people need to go to Jail.  Do Not do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
