I placed an order with Farmerseed on 4-16-14. I knew it would take time for the order to get to me but on 5-07-14 I called to check on the status and was told that they would not be shipping the order out so I got off the phone with them and pit in for a credit on my bank card. I was then given the credit back and on 7-10-14 Farmerseed decided that I did not deserve the credit and asked the company to give them the money back to them, which my bank did do. Since then I have sent many email's, made phone calls, and even wrote letters.

Below is every email I have gotten and sent to this REALLY CRAPPY company!! Save yourself hassel, time and money.... Do not order from this place.

We have checked our files and do not have record of every receiving paperwork of the reversal. You will need to proceed with the credit card company at this time.
Thank you,

Customer Care

Hello I am trying to find out what the status is for my request. I have sent all the information for my bank account showing that I was charged and then given a refund and then charged again. Please let me know. I plan on writing a review but was wanting to hold off till I get this taken care of to determine my review.

We have never received paperwork of the charge back reversal. The proof of purchase only shows the original charge.

Hello. I ask that you look at your records again. Yes the money was refunded back to me but then it was taken back out about 1 month later. I can send you all 3 records of where it was taken out then refunded and then taken out again if that is what you need. But I was charged for the product.  Please let me know what I need to do.

Hello. I sent out the information you needed to replace my order because several of them were dead when I got them. I'm trying to find out what is going on with the process. I have been waiting to hear back and I have gotten nothing. Please let me know. I'm very disappointed that I am being treated like this.

Hello. I thank you for offering to replace the order. There was a total of 4 that even after being planted never grew and are basically sticks standing in the ground. There were several that grew and are very beautiful. I plan on printing out my bank statement showing that the order was charged to my account.
Thank you,
Stacey Lemming

We are sorry to hear of this. We can assure you that we inspect the
orders and do not send out dead plants. It is possible that the items
died in transit, however, if they were indeed dead when you received
them. The plants are covered under a one year guarantee and we will
replace them upon receipt of your shipping label and written request.

You would have indeed received a shipping label. The order can not be
delivered without it as it contains your mailing information. The label
we are referring to is the label that was attached to the outside of
your package that has your name and address and the items you ordered
listed. You received 2 packages, therefore, you should have 2 labels.

If you no longer have these labels to send in for replacements, then we
will make a one time exception and will accept a copy of your charge
card statement in it's place.

Thank you,

Customer Care

I never got a shipment label so even if I wanted to return them I couldn't.  Now not only am I stuck with a dead product but I lost money. This is very unprofessional of this company.
