Do not order from Favor Frenzy! My credit card was charged right away. But, after 10 days of nothing, I began to try to contact them. Countless emails went unanswered and there is no contact info on their site.

On day 12, I finally got an answer which stated my order was in transit. My requests for contact info, tracking info, and shipping method were repeatedly ignored.

On day 13, I received an email stating, they had found my order. It actually, had NOT been shipped, but one of the items was on b/o. I changed to similar item and asked for upgraded shipping, since the time that I needed the products was now 3 days away. I was told they would TRY to get it to me in 3 days.

On day 14 I was told they "could not make my timeline" and refunded my money.

With my party 2 days away, I will now have to order from another company and pay for express shipping, if I want to be sure to have my items. If you don't want your party plans ruined, don't order from Favor Frenzy!
