Favor Frenzy Bogus and Shady Company Internet

I ordered 250 diamond napkin rings in November and asked for rush service.  I have been trying to find out now for over 5 weeks where my order is.  They never charged my credit card until December 6th, which I found rather strange.  And then when I sign in, it tells me they shipped it December 1st.  There is no tracking number and the phone number I found is 626-732-1951 Ex 613.  The recording says to hold that the operator is helping another customer.  I held for over an hour and then listened to the recording again, and it said customer service was ext. 621 so I dialed it and it was the wrong extension and did not exist.  So I started pushing extensions beginning with the number 6 ie; 615,616,617, etc., and it continued to go back to this supposed operator that was so busy helping other customers.  The number was impossible to find.  The site doesn't want you to call, they want you to email and profess that it will get your question handled in a more timely fashion.  I have emailed til my fingers have bled.  I am reporting this company to the Attorney General in California and the Secretary of State. 

What's so bad about this is not only are we out over $350 dollars from our tight wedding budget for our daughter, the stress, and pain and suffering you experience is horrendous.  When you are planning a wedding, you expect things to come up, but to order stuff from a Company and have them be fake is ridiculous.  What a coward of a person who set this scam up and picking on innocent brides who just want to have a beautiful wedding and are already stressed. 

I think all of us who have had a problem should file a class action law suit.  It only takes three and we all have suffered and are victims.  My daughter's wedding is in four days, and we are out the diamond napkin ring holders which was centered around the whole decorations.  Diamond ring cake toppers, diamond ring bubbles, etc., I think you get the picture!!!
