First Extended Service Corporation Rip-off Robbed us of $1800 by denying allowable claims Dallas Texas

Our vehicle was brought in for service to rear bearings and front left tractor bar. These are perfectly allowable claims. They agreed via a phone conversation that these were allowable claims!!

Due to excessive cost they required a claims adjuster to approve repairs. Left with NO vehicle because they could not approve a rental until repairs were authorized, we waited four days before we were told that repairs were denied!

My repair facility agreed with me that the claims adjuster was unprofessional and had very little knowledge of the Dodge product. Despite finding the original "tabs" in place, he felt other repairs were performed and denied our claim.

When we contacted the company to find out any recourse we were told that their decision stands and is not negotiable. They refused to send out a different adjuster and told us it was "nothing personal".

We are now paying $1,800 for repairs and will do whatever we can to get our money back. Imagine my surprise to go online looking for the fax number to their legal department and upon typing in the company name, I find ONLY this website!!!!
