First National Credit Services rip-off been calling my house to offer credit card worth $2500 New York New York

i have not been ripped off but they have been triyng to in various of times first national credit services have been calling my phone number asking me for 299.oo from my checking account witch i have not given them in return they will give me a visa card with a limmit of 2500.00 that i could apply any bank that i wanted and then at a later date they would put the 299.00 back into my account the person who sounded verry unproffesional gave me a telephone that everytime i call is only a answering machine no one talks it bothers me that this people have my phone number my exact name address the only thing they dont now is my bank account number.
