FIXD Have not received and it had been a month! Atlanta Georgia

FIXD is supposed to be a diagnostic tool, that reads your vehicle's code, then sends the data back to your smartphone. I purchased mine in late November or early December and as of January 12, 2017 I still have not received anything and no offer of a refund or further communication.
