FIXD Defective product & no way to get a refund Atlanta Georgia

VIRZ product uses a mapping cell phone application (hudway) that cannot map because of technology problems causing the product to be useless and contribute to dangerous driving conditions.

VIZR's purpose is to reflect the phone app map (projected in reverse) onto a screen adhered to the dashboard. Since the app is worthless and no other mapping app applies as they do not project in reverse, VIZR is a defective product.

It is unusable and can cause dangerous driving conditions. FIXD is unwilling to make a refund and makes multiple excuses why they cannot refund or accept returns. This defective concept is credited to GA Tech engineers, which is a black mark against a fine school.  When purchasing the product, the buyer is "welcomed to the FIXD family". This is a most disfunctional family that no one should want to be associated. Poor product that scams the buyer out of their money.

I won't even donate he VIZR to Goodwill as that would be morally wrong treatment for unsuspecting buyers.
