When I first heard of high speed internet in my area I was thrilled because I could not get dsl or cable, I called flashbyte and ordered an install, it took them weeks to come out and when they did the druggie they sent did not have a clue on how to install properly, (he mounted antenna on electical mast that supplies the house!, and drilled thru walls from outside without checking what was on other side! sheer luck he did not drill thru outlets.

after finally geting it installed it took hours to get the computer to log on to the internet this was with my son and I helping because the installer did not know how to configure the lan card.

after all that it was on and seemed to be working, then the service started to get glitchy and was not near as fast as claimed. and allot of the time not working at all I would say about 50/50

The costomer service is a joke look them up on BBB, I am working on a better way to get internet it will cost me more but it will be worth not dealing with these crooks.
