Flashbyte Digital Intentional Ripoff-Terrible Service Joshua Tree, California

The owners of this company have very poor integrity. I paid for a year of service in advance. It was 4 months before they installed equipment. After 2 weeks I began to experience problems with service. I called many times requesting help. They sent service people a couple of times, but could not resolve the issue. After a few weeks I got NO internet service from 5pm until 8 am and they would no longer talk to me.

They refused to refund my money, as their contract says if you receive ANY service, there are no refunds. Someone I knew sued them, but they are an LLC out of Nevada. The owner's mother, who was formerly an attorney in CA and is their legal counsel, thumbed her nose at this person and let them know in no uncertain terms they would never collect a penny, and that was true.

Iknow many other people who have had TERRIBLE service from this company. Their business location at the Beatnick Cafe on the highway in Joshua Tree was closed in 2008. I recently noticed that they are still running ads for business. DO NOT get involved with this company. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
