Flat Rate Movers LLC Real Van Lines my move was picked up, but not been delivered Doraville, Georgia

My interstate move was booked with a binding that included a 10 day maximum delivery window for which I paid a 0.01 dollar fee.  My belongings were picked up and loaded and I paid 60% up front in cash for this move. 

For the first two weeks following the pick up, I was told my things were en route but that there were some delays. 

After the first two weeks I was then told there was an error and my things had been placed in storage in the originating city and left there. 

I was told the company was trying to find a transport carrier and they would contact me once there was an estimated delivery date, but at this time one can not be provided. I continue to be told this same story.

5 weeks have passed and I have not recieved my belongings, a refund or an estimated delivery date. My belongings have not left the original starting city per the company report. I call daily. I live in an empty apartment.

By far the worst never ending moving experience I could have imagined.
