Flat Rate Movers LLC Flat Rate Movers Stole My Stuff Atlanta, Georgia

I hired flat rate movers llc to move my stuff from Cincinnati, OH to Los Angeles, CA.  First off they arrived a day after their 3 day window to pick up our stuff. The pickup was actually not bad.  But they hold your stuff hostage.  It took almost a month after the anticiapated move date to get my stuff.  After making numerous non returned phone calls and sending a bunch of emails I finally got a call on one random day that they were in the area with my stuff.  I had to leave work and rush over to my storage.  They had already taken half of my money (cash or postal money order only) when they picked up, but the driver doesn't even take your stuff off the truck until you pay him.  When I recieved my stuff I noticed my vintage bicyle was damaged and many of my boxes were crushed.  I asked several times if that was everything and the driver said yes.  Since I was in a hurry I helped them move and since I had no notice that they were coming  I had to rush back to work . I went back to my storage two days later to look for some specific items and I noticed some things were missing.  So I went back to check my inventory list and I'm missing 8 boxes.  Of course I've left messages about the damage to my bike and the missing items, but nobody calls you or emails you back.  I believe this company is in the business of stealing things.  Do not ship with them they are a bunch of crooks.
