Flowerdeliveryexpress.com, total scam. Internet

Total scam. I ordered flowers through this company through an advertisement, for same day delivery. The website promises 4 hr delivery. After 8 hrs..still no flowers. they offered a tracking number that DID NOT work. so i decided to call customer service. After about 7 minutes on hold i ws able to speak with a rep who then told me that there was an error in shipping and that it would be resolved the following day. so the following day still no flowers i callled and called no answer. Tried to send an email. No response. I then called customer service again. Who gave me a 20 dollar refund on a 150 dollar purchase along with (2) 45 rebates of in store credit... (Useless) then finally recieved flowers 3 days later. dont waste your time.
