i searched on google for a company to deliver flowers to my girl friend who was stayin in a hotel in california. this company came up high on the search results.
i ordered what was called
Romantic Bouquet Designed by Florist for $66.99.
THey decided to have several hidden service fees which was okay and i accepted. They also did provide a FIRST TIME customer discount of 40 dollars off the price. i thought this was a great deal!!
when my girl friend got to her hotel, she had TWO single flowers sitting there waiting for her, definitly not a romantic bouqet as promised.
i called to complain, and calls were being sent to a call center in india, after yelling and finally getting someone, the company simply offered me a 5 dollar discount to make up for it and that was it.
