We received a total of 9 pages - 3 "sets" of the $6,000 invoice (and credit application) to Kevin Batesman in Collon, UT dated 4/22/04
I find random faxes annoying. I call at least 2 phone numbers a day to have our fax number removed from someone's database.
The most annoying are the faxes that have no phone or fax number for me to respond to.

We recieved a two faxes from this 'company' for a $6000 bill billed to Kevin Batesman of Utah. Description states it is for Buesiness records randomly pulled - nationwide sent directly to client for unlimited use. Credit application attached as well. This is bogus!
