Received 9 page fax, no phone number, with triplicate business credit application blanks. Invoice to Kevin Batesman; 759787 Central Avenue;Collon, Utah for 6000.00. Says terms are "pre-pay". Date of invoice 4/22/04.

Appears to be 3 copies of the same invoice and business credit application form.

Intent appears to be "phishing" via fax to get the 2% of automatic response A/P departments to provide business credit information so this scammer can use the bank information for some ripoff.

Please someone get this scammer.
