Forsythe Data Equipment BAD FAX, SCAM Ripoff Sandiego California

Forsythe Data Equipment keeps sending us a NINE PAGE FAX. They are requesting a payment of $6,000.00 To a Kevin Batesman who's billing address is 759787 Central Avenue, Collon, Utah 43565. (this is a bogus address and name in Utah)Invoice # 0981982B dated 04/22/2004 PO # is verbal and terms are pre pay. shep date is 02/27/2004 for 15 copies of one list of business records randomly pulled nationwide sent directly to client for unlimited use. in the amount of $400.00 each for a total of $6,000.00.

Our last fax was recieved on 06/12/05 at 7:00a.m

Dont spend your time or money on this I have already done this. Trying to find the company to correct their error. And to notify Kevin Batesman of his bill.

File a report with FTC.Gov form 475 over the internet. It is illegal to use phone and fax lines for such purpose.
