Freedom Pop Cellular Service Los Angeles California

I purchased on 12/01/2013 a HTC One mobile phone on their website that they were promoting.

I was charged immediatley but never heard from them about when the phone would arrive. After one week of not hearing anything I contact their support department via their website. It took them 48 hours to reply with the phones are back ordered so I asked when can I expect a phone? No answer was given.....so I waited another week and called their customer service number and was on hold for 45 minutes before a agent pick up the call.

I asked her when I could expect a phone she gave me the same canned answer but with a reply saying what about those that have received the phone as they are shipping hundreds  a day.....interesting because according to the promotion there were only 1200 phones available and I am now three weeks without a phone...?

So if they ship hundreds a day 5 days a week thats 500 a week so by week two I should have a phone,,,,

Anyway the online comments are the same...no phone no idea when...c/s is basically non-existant...

I cancelled my order because if this is the way thy run their business what is to be expected when the phone arrives..or should I say if it arrives?
