freedom uniguard withdrew money of $49.95 and $19.95 from my checking without my knowledge las vegas, Nevada

I tried to obtain a pay day loan on the internet in doing so two companies i do not know who the are never purchased anything from them. but they withdrew (freedom subscrpition) $49.95 and uniguard took $19.95 from by checking account. I have check the check in which they put through to my bank and I search the routing number and the bank name It is from Plaza Bank their address is 19900 Macarthur Blvd Suite 190 Irvine California 92612-0000 phone number is 949-502-4300 routing number on check is 122244087  I let an E mail with a Greg Thachter explaining this company is a fraud and is ripping off consumers.  hope this will help all consumers who has been subject to this rip off to go on line and send this Greg an e mail explaining why they should close this account they are using. I am sure they have more information on file of who this company is some one needs to check into this matter this must be stop.
