Furniture USA ripoff Clemmons North Carolina

I was also one who was ripped off by Furniute USA's scandle and would like to see justice done. In July 2003, I placed an order with Marsha Fulp, a sales rep at Furniture USA, at which time I paid a 30% deposit, totaling $765, via my debit card. After several phone calls and bi-weekly e-mails telling me the order was delayed another 2 weeks from the manufacturer, I finally cancelled the order in April 2004. I filed a chargeback with my debit card, but was declined since it was over 60 days. I would like to see a lawsuit against Dean Warren.
