I ordered a "free" sample bottle of Acai Berry Detox, and I was to pay the $ 3.95 for shipping, which I did with me debit card. 3 weeks later, my house payment bounced, and when I checked into it, this company charged my account an additional $ 40.00 without my consent. I only want my money refunded.

Fwm Laboratories I ordered the Acai Berry Detox the last week of 12/2009, a week later my cc was charged 87.13, contacted my bank was referred to call the company and ask for the money. I have contacted them 4 times, then get transfer to a voice mail , today I was put on hold for 45 minutes, I hung up 3 times and was given the same stor by a different person. Hollywood Florida

FWM Laboratories & Acai Berry Detox ordered trial for 3.95 called within the time to cancel order but was charged unauthorized amt of 87.13 called for 3 weeks straight have been told there vwas only 1 charge for 3.95 & that i would be sent an email in 24 hrs which was never received each time i called was also told that cerdit would be given in 7-10 business days which never happened. asked for a manager was told they are all busy.
