I ordered Acai Berry Detox and Colon Cleanse, both of which offered free bottles. Less than fifteen days after receiving them, my debit card was billed $89.13 and $87.00. I contacted the companies using the phone numbers provided for the charges in my online banking account. A service representative named Matt said that my on-going order would be cancelled and that the company would reimburse my debit card three days later on January 28. This reimbursement did not occur.

When I called the service number, the young woman I spoke with would not connect me with Matt and said that the company would not refund the money.

I returned the unopened bottle of Acai Berry. I am so disgusted with the almost $200. I wasted that I don't want to even try them.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Get your refund only after a week

AUTHOR: Chuck Duran - (U.S.A.)

As indicated on the terms and conditions of Acai Berry products, you should cancel your subscription within the 14 day trial period. And since you didn't included the phone no. you first called, I suggest that this time try calling this no., 866-949-0138. They have accommodating operators on that line and there are really chances of getting a refund. I got mine a month ago.
