One of our cars were stolen. We called Geico and had this car removed from the policy and also made arrangements to pay for the missed month that we had not paid insurance. The insurance agent placed 2 months payments on one month and said we only owed 5.00 for the current month. (Naturally, we were like "Wow, OK."). Now, here it is the following month and we are hit with a cancellation notice because we owe 400 instead of 200 because both months were places under a one month payment. I called Geico, spoke to a supervisor, and tried to make arrangements stating that I would have it all paid off before the next month by paying 100.00 each Tuesday. He said that I could make partial payments before the cancellation date and he did not mind accepting partial payments. I received a cancellation notice dated 9/14 and called Geico today to confirm that my partial payment arrangement was still good. The supervisor I spoke with this time cared NOTHING about my situation, Nothing about me paying the bill off for this month, Nothing. He stated, "We already discussed with you the options and there's nothing I can do to help you." I asked to speak with his supervisor and he refused.
We've been with Geico for almost a year and this treatment is totally uncalled for. These people who are in these positions need to be fired. I also feel that I deserve my money back because if I KNEW I'd be treated this way, I would have NEVER went with Geico Insurance.
Geico's ripped me off and I've wasted my money dealing with these people.

we were NOT late and there was no info being left out. That was our first cancellation notice.
We've been with this company for over 6 months and we Always pay our bills.
like I said before, We removed a car from the policy because it'd been stolen. The agent said we only owed 5.00 last month (Oct) because of the change. She also said she's putting two payments together for the next month which makes my next months bill 400 instead of 200. So, its now Sept and I'm calling Geico to let them know I will pay off this months bill by installments. (each Tues 100.00). They said I could do that, However they sent out a cancellation notice basically stating we needed to have the whole 400 paid off before 9/14. After 9/14 our policy would be cancelled. They were Very rude about it and did not care about our business with them. We feel that we deserve our money back because we could have spent it someplace else where they care about people and good business.

Now, here it is the following month and we are hit with a cancellation notice because we owe 400 instead of 200 because both months were places under a one month payment. I called Geico, spoke to a supervisor, and tried to make arrangements stating that I would have it all paid off before the next month by paying 100.00 each Tuesday
- You are leaving out details as to your entire situation. Perhaps you were a bit more than a month late, or perhaps the following month was actually two. But let's look at what you did post. You stated you normally owe $200/month but this month owe $400. So what do you do, do you pay the $200 and ask to see if you can pay the remaining $200 in a couple of weeks? NO..you need arragements on the ENTIRE $400. So this makes it sound like you may be trying to "play" them delaying and stalling paying them until the absoulte last minute.
It is also very interesting how the only date is this cancellation notice of 9/14(which sounds like it is a 2nd notice). You didn't put dates on ANY of these other items. So people reading this have no idea if you made your arrangements in August or June, and have no idea how much time Geico is actually giving you.
We've been with Geico for almost a year and this treatment is totally uncalled for.
- Oh really and what treatment is that? You were delinquent and to be honest with you many insurance companies would have cancelled you right then and there.
I also feel that I deserve my money back because if I KNEW I'd be treated this way, I would have NEVER went with Geico Insurance.
- And I bet if they KNEW that you would have been a month delinqent and need payment arrangements after not even being with them a year they would have NEVER offered you insurance.
