Typical Insurance Company,  meaning,  just awful.  These companies have plenty of power, money, and influence.  Government protects them also.  If you try and settle a claim without an attorney,  good luck.  This time,  I am ready to give Progressive and Geico a fight.  I will not be cheated this time around.

Example:  Awful tactic an insurance company uses,  which is sanctioned by the Texas Department of Insurance.

The Insurance companies can find a bogus online auction site,  listing a tool for a ridiculously low price.  That bogus low price is then your estimated market value.  Meaning,  your 500 tool is only 50 now.  Your get reimbursed 50 for a tool that you paid 500.
