I ordered a pair of eyeglasses from this company. 

They processed my credit card/took payment, but will not
respond to my calls, emails and haven't sent me my glasses.
I looked up their address in NJ and they don't appear to exist.
Other phone number that was given on the order page just disconnects me.

Well, I received my order. (oddly on the very day I posted my complaint >.>)

I still don't understand why they can't be reached by phone and why the address on their site doesn't show up on google maps as any business being there. 
I apologize for my hasty post, but when I looked at other complaints posted
(on Google) I assumed combined with not being able to contact them
that I was going to be ripped off.

The glasses are nice, I hope they do better with their communication.

Never Had A Problem

I order from GlassesUSA.com every year, never a problem.  I just got two new pairs of glasses from them ordered 6/5 and delivered to California 6/21.  How long ago did you order?  Looking at my previous orders with them, it takes about 10-12 days from the day you make the order for the shipment to go out.  I don't order anything specialty like transitions/progressives/bi or tri-focal, so I can't say if any of those would take longer.  I suspect that anything more than a basic distance lense might take longer.
