I order from GlassesUSA.com every year, never a problem. I just got two new pairs of glasses from them ordered 6/5 and delivered to California 6/21. How long ago did you order? Looking at my previous orders with them, it takes about 10-12 days from the day you make the order for the shipment to go out. I don't order anything specialty like transitions/progressives/bi or tri-focal, so I can't say if any of those would take longer. I suspect that anything more than a basic distance lense might take longer.
