Order 1000234576 was never started, never delivered, and these scammers refuse to refund my $299.90 even though they have done nothing except take my money. The customer service reps speak just good enough English to trick you into thinking they are USA, and when you call with a problem all you hear is "We are forwarding your information to the appropriate department”, and you never hear from them again. The customer Service reps don’t even have a phone number for the GlassesUSA billing department. Total scam and fraud. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Horrible. Awful. Ripoff.

Order 1000234576 was never started, never delivered, and after a combination of more than a dozen emails, chats, and phone calls taking hours of my time and resulting in no movement in a positive and substantive manner, I started posting reviews to site jabber, reseller ratings, and ripoff report internet sites. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company. Finally, glassesusa.com refunded my $299.90 today.
The customer service reps have a standard answer of "We are forwarding your information to the appropriate department", and you never hear from the "appropriate department" (however glassesusa.com responds very quickly to negative reviews on the internet - and there are tons of them). The customer Service reps don't even have a phone number for the GlassesUSA billing department which speaks volumes. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
