global link money debit mistake Internet

  I called global link to put money onto an account So i could receive collect calls, the minimum to use was $ 25 so thats what i told the rep. That i would put $25 and they charge a fee that gets deducted from that amount, he proceeds to tell me he made a mistake and debited my account for $ 215 and said he would correct it and i would have the money put back into my account, and to call the following day to follow up so when i did they hadnt tranfered the money back to my account so i had to talk to a supervisior that tells me its got to go to the refund department to be ok, so it could take up to thirty days now, i think my two hundred should of been put right back in as fast as they was to take it, im still waiting.
