Global Travel International ripped off and scammed Maitland Florida

I got a call from Journey Pass offering $50 free gas to try their membership for a two week trial period. If I cancel the membership within the 2 week free trial I can still keep the $50 gas card for considering their services.

I recieved their paperwork Monday Nov 10,2008. The "free trial period" end date was November 10!!! I called Journey Pass and they told me that I can not get a refund of my $99, it was Nonrefundable. They said they have no way of verifying that the packet was delayed in the mail.

They have SCAMMED me for my money !!! Times are very tight and there is no extra money to spend on travel and vacations. I was only truly interested in the gas card as gas prices were $4 something not very long ago.

I do not remember giving out my checking account number to them. Can a bank sell your checking account information to another company interested in gouging unwary consumers?

Class action suit anyone!!??
