Grant Instructor, LLC Terms not visable on screen-refused refund--worthless site Las Vegas Internet

Grant Instructor can be found on "recommended" sites; however, the site is worthless. They are very "upfront" about their terms and conditions, but only if you have your computer screen set to the same settings the company's is or if you go into each and every button on the website. What you get for $1.95, is a "free" 7-day trial that is only 6 days because they count the day you sign up for access as the first day.

There is no customer support. The representatives are rude and do not listen. Anyone who has been in customer service has learned the "customer is always right" rule--they don't abide by it. They have no goodwill and don't care to help. They only want their money.

I have repeatedly asked & demanded my money back and have been refused. Any customer service representative - and I use that term very loosely--that I have had contact with all repeat the same robotoc line.
