I was looking online for grant writing information and the Grant Instructor LLC offered a one sheet page of information for $1.00. I received my credit card bill yesterday only to discover I was charged $1.09 AND $49.50 which was unbeknownst to me. I have tried calling them several times at 888-276-8105 and if you choose option 3 to cancel you are told to go online yet there isn't one single place to cancel online. I have called many times over choosing the other two options available and you end up with a recording that eventually disconnects the call.

Desired Settlement: Refund

Desired Outcome: A refund of the 49.50 and for whatever account to be canceled and no further charges applied to my credit card.

Grant Instructor LLC I paid 2.95 for a cd for grants. I googled the company after i received my cd. I found out what was happening, I had no idea they charge 49.50 per month. I immediately called my bank. They were in the process of taking the money out of my account. I contacted them to cancel. I called my bank again and they stopped trying to get the money out of my account. I thought i was all set. They took it anyway. I Don't Know I don't know what state they are in. *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account that was wrongfully taken from you!

Grant Resource Guide - Grant Instructor LLC Paid $2.95 with my credit card for the cd software. When the CD arrived there was not any information included with it. When I called the phone number listed on the back of the CD case all I ever got was a recording and when I decided to hold for the next availalbe operator the phone call was disconnected after 10 minutes on hold.
