I signed up for a CD from this company and agreed to the $1.99 shipping charge. I was sent access information but was never able to actually access the Members Only portion of the site with this information (I then assumed that maybe there would be additional information forthcoming with the arrival of the CD). However, I never received the CD and the next thing I know there is a charge for $94.89 on my bank account. I immediately contacted the company by phone and by email and was told by the first person I talked to that a Refund Request Form would be sent to my email address within 10 minutes.

The Form never came. I consequently contacted them numerous times both by email and by phone requesting an immediate refund. As time progressed, their emails and responses got testier. Finally, I was told that I would not be able to even request a refund for 88 days.

I went to my bank and filed a fraudulent activity report and had to cancel my debit card and all the hassle that means!

Their terms and conditions states in BOLD letters "CANCEL ANYTIME" and provides the phone number. But I am living proof that is not possible.

I still have not received anything but negative feedback from this company. I will be really surprised if I ever get my money back. I am now Sadder and Wiser.

I have made a lot of transactions on the internet and have had mostly positive experiences. But this has left a bad impression with me.

Latest hassel from Grant One Day

AUTHOR: Mamapat - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 02, 2009

I have done every thing suggested to get my refund. I did report this to the bank which inactivated the debit card and also filed a dispute with the company. I have now waited the required 88 days and tried again to get my money back and am now told they will not refund it as long as there is a dispute filed. The bank is reversing the dispute - not that I have changed my mind about the ethics of Grant One Day - in fact, I am more convinced than ever that this is one of the biggest frauds I have encountered - but I really want to get my $94.89 back.

I would really like to know if ANYONE has ever been successful in getting a refund from them?

Adding Insult to Injury

AUTHOR: Mamapat - (U.S.A.)

I received an email from the company today offering me a 'settlement' amount of $47.45 - half of what they took from my account. This is just wrong.
