Grant Research Guide rip-off!!! Las Vegas Nevada

On the 31st of July the grant research guide company contacted me and I signed up for a grant cd. The lady informed me that my credit card would not be charged unless I failed to call in and cancel my account. She told me to check my e-mail and and when I received my username and password call in and cancel my account or I would be charged 49.50 I never received my username and password so I called back on the 6th and I spoke to a guy who informed me that he was CANCELING MY ACCOUNT AND I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED.

On the 12th I was charged 49.50 I called the company and I talked to a Scott Spinning who rudely informed me that I called on the 8th (not true) at 3:30pm and that they had already charged my account at 7:01am on the 8th. I informed him that I called on the 6th and he told me he didn't care what I said becuase the computer showed him something different and he was not going with what I said. I informed him that what the lady told me and what the guy told me was not true to what he was telling me. He told me he didn't care. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager. First he told me there was no manager then he told me he was the manager. I told him I wanted to speak to someone over him such as the owner and he told me there was no owner then he asked me did I think I was so special that the manager would take time out and talk to me?? He assured me that they wouldn't.

After arguing back and forth he gave me a e-mail address and told me to put attn:Jarvis or my e-mail would not be read. After trying to look them up online I came across all kinds of forums with people who complained about the company and how they rip people off as well as how they give out the same e-mail address which is a fake e-mail and no one gets back to them.
