some how they found out i had applied for a grant online and they call and said they was sending out a grant package and i hand to pay 2.95 for postage
and gave me a comfimation # and a number to customer service . i called customer service and they did not have my info i called julia mendez back at the number she called me and it was a customer service ## so i called and stop my credit card and had a new one issued
