I was ripped off by a person pretending to be a moneypak rep for Green dot. I bought two moneypak green dot cards worth 500.00 each. I was trying to load the cards onto my daughter card as I have done in the past, because she needed the money right away. after uploading the cards, green dot security screen popped up saying that I needed to upload a photo ID for security purpose, so I did. It proceeded to tell me that it will send me a text to my phone in 30 Seconds if the picture was clear or they will contact me in two days if the picture was not clear.

Well a phone number popped up within the green dot site saying if I had a problem, call the 805-421-9079 to speak with text support. I called money pak support the guy name is Michael who answered telling me that I needed to upload a photo to to the refund site (moneypakrefund@accountant.com) And I will receive a email after the photo was varified. Well this person had all my information that was stored on green dot and now he is telling me that he has my 1000.00 and he has enough of information to ruin my credit. I manage to record every word that he said. all I need is the right person to give this information to.
