I Purchased a product at The Dollar Tree called HOT PATCH. It is described on the front of the package as a " pain relief" product. The word HOT is the largest word on the front of the package. There is a picture of a mans back with this patch applied to his lower back. The problem is that this product does not get hot or even warm. There actually is a brand name product with very similar packaging ( picture, colors, wording) that is air activated and does get hot. It remains hot for hours.
The word HOT is on this box 5 times and yet there is no heat involved. It is a 4x5 inch (approximately) patch with menthol and capsaicin on it as its active ingredients. It did not even stay on my lower back for an hour and fell off. No relief for me. ={
