Greenbrier International Inc No Quality Control; No Contact Information Chesapeake Virginia

I bought several packages of stickers made by Greenbrier with the intent of using them in my collection. They were inexpensive and I didn't expect them to be perfect. However, they were not cut out properly and would not come off. They tore, even where there wasn't any fine detail, but wouldn't cut with scissors. I couldn't use most of them and since the packages were opened, I couldn't take them back. It was a total waste of money and a dissapointment.

I wanted to write a short note to the company. I know it wouldn't get me anything, but it would make me feel better. So I searched for their contact information and found an e-mail address. It turns out that the e-mail belongs to a private individual. The company is allowing complaints to be delivered to some poor random guy. That makes me much angrier than the quality issue.

I would not have bought anything else from Greenbrier anyway. But I have an even lower opinion of them now. What kind of company would sell an inferior product, and then dump the inevitable complaints into a personal e-mail?
