I just sent Greentree $1400 on 5-27-09 and they called the next day saying I have to send them another $700 by 6-24-09 or they will take my house on 6-30-09. That since my Dad died and my house is now considered rental property to them that I am only a renter. and they can throw me out in 3 days. When bought house in 1998 it was supposed to be a buy for and changed to my name in 1999. When my DAD died we had insurance to pay off house and THEY cancelled it before paperwork could be completed!
