I myself ordered a motorola z3 from n1wireless with no problems and a friend of mine wanted one too. seeing it was cheaper at gsmmonster, i got one for her. it was advertised as new, but not only did they send a heavily used phone that doesnt even turn on, they tried to charge a restocking-fee when I wanted to return it. im not even sure if its original motorola since it looks different from mine. DO NOT BUY from gsmmonster, they are CROOKS and downright FRADULENT. I was SOOO embarrassed about this.
